Surface treatment procedures

Hot stamping foil, hologram, diffraction foil

During the hot stamp foil process the metal ink on the surface of the foil peels off and it is transferd to the surface of carton or paper under pressure. This process is very popular with several industries, as it attracts attention and various forms can be drawn. It exists in many different colours.
Hologram can be applied onto the surface with the same technology, but in different light angles, it can be seen in different tones.
On the surface of the diffraction foil light makes the ink glitter in all the beautiful colours of rainbow and it has a unique, light-reflecting feature.

Cold foil

The same substances are used for the cold foil as for hot stamp foil. Difference resides in the method of application. It gets onto the paper or cardboard as a result of pressure.

UV varnish, Iriodin varnishes (pearly light), double varnish, special combinations (protective varnishes, ornamental varnishes, effect varnishes). These materials can be printed on the surface fully or partially.

Window gluing

The contents of the box after packaging remain visible. Popular element of box production.

Embossing, Braille

Certain parts of the surface of the raw material emerge from the flat surface with the help of a special embossing tool.
This technology can be used in Braille, or for decorative purposes.

Silk screen printing, Braille

At silk screen printing a completely transparent type of lacquer is printed, which depends on the type of a special screen constituting a relatively high layer. This procedure can also be used in Braille or as an alternative for embossing.

Who is to say that labels should always be rectangular? The world of forms is endless and die-cutting has great potentials, too.

Ink Jet

Ink-jet printers are matrix printers, small ink drops shape the design.

Recommended technology for numbering or printing of small quantities.

Variable data

Recommended for security labels, promotional and specific products.
